Yes, Styilek Jewelry guarantees that all Custom Jewelry displayed on the site and are 100% original. We are very keen to display original and high quality products.
Our products are made of 1) Premium 925 sterling silver plated with 18k gold 2) Pure 18k gold.
All products are stamped with "925 / 18k" hallmarks for silver / gold items.
All products come with a warranty up to 1 year.
All orders come with a legitimate invoice mentioning the details of the product & the warranty.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The processing time for the order varies depending on the design. Some designs require 3-10 working days and some 2-3 weeks if out of uae.
Where do you ship? / How much is the shipping fee?
Currently we ship exclusively in the UAE, KSA, BAHRAIN, QATAR, KUWAIT & OMAN. International shipping will be available in the near future.
Shipping is free for all orders more than 150 aed , and 25 aed for orders less than 150 aed.

What is the available payment methods?
Payment can be done via Credit card, Debit card, Apple pay, Google pay, Bank transfer OR Cash on Delivery (UAE ONLY).

Some designs (18k gold ) and big orders require full amount to be paid or an advanced payment.

Advanced amount is 50AED and might be higher based on total order value in which case you shall be contacted by our customer service rep.
For bank transfer option, please share the receipt and order number to us by Instagram or WhatsApp.
Can I pay and ship the order as a gift anonymously?

Do you keep the sender's information confidential from the recipient?
The sender is the customer and our company's policy is to keep the sender's information confidential even if the recipient requests it. If the recipient refuses to receive the gift, the sender will be contacted by our customer service team to discuss the next step.

If I buy one of your products and it has a problem, is it guaranteed?
Such incidents rarely happen as we have high standards in terms of assuring the quality and cleanliness of the product before shipping it. However if the product is damaged upon receiving, we will repair or replace your product.
